Do you remember this Acne Studios shearling biker jacket? Since I saw it for the first time I couldn’t help it but wonder “If I win a lottery one day to afford it?”. Ok, but more seriously :) If it wasn’t the sky high price, this shearling biker jacket would be mine already. Instead, I started to search for a dupe that will have similar vibe and quality, but would be way more affordable.

And here we come to another fact about me. I always try to look at my wardrobe in a holistic and not season driven way. I buy clothes or shoes regardless the season. Getting a summer dress in the middle of frosty winter or winter boots in hot summer, is nothing strange for me.

I always search for outlet sales or after season sales that many brands offer. We as customers, tend to be impulsive in our shopping decisions. If the summer is hot and we want new dress for our holidays, it’s more likely we will spend more money. No one wants to wait until winter to buy a summer dress, right?

But as an opposite to this approach, you can get the best price point while searching your dream pieces when the season is actually inadequate to wear it. So while scrolling All Saints outlet I saw this 70% off, shearling biker jacket and I new immediately that we two were meant to be together :).

Believe me or not, I bought in in August when temperatures were +30C.
