Look Of The Week #27 The Teddy Trend

The weather did not spoil us at all this last week. It was gloomy, it was wet, it was dark most of the day. Although I barely leave my home, I really have enough of wearing sweatpants and loungewear. I miss dresses and more feminine clothes, or at least something that I can feel a bit extra in. So for this rare occasion of heading for a non virtual shopping, I finally wore something not dedicated for sofa lounging. By the way, it felt so refreshing to be in a REAL shop with REAL people, not just an online one! How bizarre in this pandemic times, right?

The teddy trend took over not only interior design (did you see THAT chair?) but also fashion design. Fluffy teddy coats we have been wearing for a few years now, but how about teddy shirts, bags or jackets? I love it and secretly dreaming about THIS TEDDY CLUTCH, that is completely sold out everywhere. If you see one or own one that you wish to sell, just let me know! I would be more than happy to put my hands on it.

Both, mine top and skirt, are sale hunts and both were -70% what I consider a very good buy. Boots are hated by my whole family but what can I say, I really like them. They are comfy and warm so you can’t blame me. And I really like how they match basically everything, from sweatpants to dresses. Yes, I’m in that team that wears chunky boots with dresses, as they can dress you down easily and make your look more effortless. But to be honest, when I first saw these boots on Instagram I thought they are super ugly. Well, you know what they say, “La donna è mobile” ;)

With love,
