Last week brought us the worldwide launch of new HM Studio Collection for SS19 season. Reveal of the collection took place during inclusive event in Arizona, where the company hosted the global audience of ambassadors and media. “Our goal was to revolutionize our traditional fashion shows through entertainment. The unique format of the Inclusive Theater has allowed our guests, customers and friends to enter the fully-featured world of the HM Studio Collection for SS19. ”- said Kattis Bahkre, the Head of Creative Marketing and Communication at H&M.

The whole collection is inspired by the sophisticated boho traveller labeled as The Glam Explorer. Custom-made patterns, earth and pastel colors spiced up with bold silhouettes are nothing but easy to wear. The 58-piece collection was designed by Angelica Grimborg, and styled by French Vogue‘s Geraldine Saglio.

“The story of a strong woman, who travels from continent to continent loving the adventure and exploring the world and its nature. But, she does it with a touch of glam,” says Grimborg.

Lucky are those who grabbed anything from shop’s shelves. Most of the pieces has been sold out in the first two hours after the official launch. Both in stores and online. I am in the lucky group and got a wild print mini skirt with bold asymmetric ruffle. A risky purchase? Not at all.

With a bit of a styling effort you can wear this piece in many different ways. I style it with a cream sweatshirt and cowboy boots for a daily look or cashmere sweater and fancy pair of earrings for an evening glam. The skirt has a bold print and silhouette so mixed with other bold pieces will make this look even more high fashion looking. It has really flattering shape and the drapery makes the skirt length adjustable to your won needs. And last but not least, it can fit my growing baby bump :)

Here you can see it in an easy going styling. Plain white t-shirt and a headband make this outfit ready to rock a casual day. I also absolutely love other pieces from the collection, especially this dress, this dress, and these super chic flats. Unfortunately they were all already sold out once I got to the store.
